1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed to direct respondent no. 2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 02.11.2011 within a period of six weeks.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Considering the facts of the case, and without entering into the merits of the case, respondent no. 2 is directed to decide the representation dated 02.11.2011 preferred by the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of writ of this order.

3. With the above directions, the petition stands disposed of. Direct Service is permitted.
