JUDGMENT / ORDER

The request in this application is made to expeditiously proceed with the Special Civil Application No. 4093 of 2010.
As can be noted the matter was admitted on 3rd February 2011 and the suit preferred for partition being Regular Civil Suit No. 14/2000 is stayed since then.
On hearing both the sides and on considering the subject matter of the suit, request is acceded to. The main petition shall be listed for hearing on 31st July 2012.
This Civil Application stands disposed of.
