Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondents.
The petitioner by means of present writ petition has assailed the order of transfer dated 02.12.2014.
This Court on 15.01.2015 stayed the transfer order.
More than six years have passed and probably after filing of writ petition, the petitioner must have been transferred to some other place. Therefore, no cause of action survives or the petitioner has lost interest in the writ petition.
