Counsel for the petitioner does not press the writ petition and seeks liberty to the petitioner to take a remedy of election dispute/petition under Section 70 of the U.P. Cooperative Societies Act, 1965. The petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed. While granting liberty, we shall not be understood to have examined merits of the case.
