[1.0] Present Civil Revision Application under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as "CPC") has been preferred by the applicant herein - original defendant to quash and set aside the impugned judgment and order dated 20.01.2012 passed by the learned Small Causes Court, Ahmedabad in New Trial Application No.2 of 2011 as well as the judgment and decree dated 30.06.2010 passed in Summary Civil Suit No.2241 of 2006.
[2.0] After the matter was argued for sometime, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant, under the instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present Civil Revision Application.
[3.0] Permission is, accordingly, granted. Present Civil Revision Application is dismissed as withdrawn. Notice discharged.
