This writ petition seeks direction for expeditious disposal of on objection under Section 9-A (2) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act.
Initially, the contention of counsel for the petitioner was that the objection is pending for the past three decades.
This is factually incorrect because it was a suit under Section 229-B which may have been filed by the petitioner in the year 1989 but the proceedings sought to be expedited appears to have been instituted in the year 2017.
Moreover, copy of the complete order sheet of the proceedings sought to be expedited has not been filed.
The writ petition is therefore, dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition annexing thereto the complete order sheet of the proceedings sought to be expedited.
