Heard Sri Digvijay Singh, counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel.
By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to raise any construction of Panchayat Bhawan at Village Chhatara Block Saphau, Sadabad, District- Hathrash.
It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that Panchayat Bhawan is constructed without any general meeting of the ward members or proposal.
On the other hand, learned standing counsel submits that after sanctioning the map/site plan as well as after sanctioning the fund granted by the State Government, the Panchayat Bhawan is being constructed as there is no illegality for the same.
I have heard the submission of counsel for both the parties.
The Panchayat Bhawan is constructed in the aforesaid village after sanctioning the map/site plan as well as after sanctioning the fund granted by the State Government for the benefit of public at large.
No interfere is called for at this stage, the writ petition lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
