Although several prayers have been made in the instant petition, but at the time of making oral submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that an application for temporary injunction filed by the petitioner is pending in Original Suit No. 354/2018 and the same be directed to be decided, within a time specified by this Court.
Counsel for the petitioner submitted that some of the defendants have already entered appearance whereas, in respect of others, steps are being taken to serve them.
In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to decide the application for temporary injunction expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments, provided service on all the defendants is sufficient.
