In pursuance of the order dated 18.07.2019, original record has been produced by the learned Standing Counsel, along with instructions received by him.
The instructions enumerate the reasons for pending of the proceedings for demarcation instituted by the petitioner in 2014. The explanation is accepted.
Shri Satya Prakash Singh, SDM, Chunar, who is also present along with the record and ensure that the demarcation proceedings shall be concluded within a period of three weeks from today.
In view of the statement so made, the writ petition is disposed of, in its terms Copy of the order shall be supplied to the learned Standing Counsel, today.
