2. Learned HCGP submits that police have registered a case in NCR No.251/2018 against the petitioner/accused and there is no apprehension of the accused being arrested.
3. As could be seen from the records, Except this, there is no case has been registered against the petitioner/accused in any police station. When there is no apprehension of arrest, the present petition seeking anticipatory bail is not maintainable.
4. With the above observation, the petition is disposed of.
