JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.C.B.Upadhyay,learned advocate for Nanavati Advocates,learned counsel for the petitioners, states that since the petitioners have already availed of the alternative remedy, he may be permitted to withdraw the petition, without prejudice to the rights and contentions that may be available to him while availing of the alternative remedy. He has further submitted that the withdrawal of this petition may not prejudice the cause of the petitioners before the Deputy Collector. Upon this statement being made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the permission to withdraw this petition is granted. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Notice is discharged. There shall be no orders as to costs.
