Sanjanwala, learned counsel for the petitioner, states upon instructions from the petitioner Company that the matter has been settled out of the Court and, therefore, he would not like to press the petition. He, therefore, prays for permission to withdraw the same. The permission, as prayed for, is granted. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Notice is discharged. Ad-interim relief, stands vacated.
