2. This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C., has been filed aggrieved by judgment and order dated 25.11.1997 passed by the Ist Addl. Sessions Judge, Budaun in Criminal Appeal No. 55 of 1995 whereby the learned Ist Addl. Sessions Judge, Budaun allowed the appeal and confirmed the judgment and order dated 29.7.1995 passed by 3rd Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Budaun, in Criminal Case No. 4316 of 1994.
3. Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
