JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Ms.Pahwa, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner shall join the duty from Monday onwards.
Today, Mr.Karia is ready to tender the cheque. But instead of cheque, the Officer of the Municipality shall bring Demand Draft/Bankers Cheque of Rs.75,000/-. S.O. to 3rd July, 2008.
