The only prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the Appellate Court to decide recall application No. 10/2014, which has been filed by the petitioner for recall of the judgment passed in Civil Appeal No. 68/2012, within a time stipulated by this Court.
Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the application is pending since the year 2014. The opposite party has also entered appearance and is contesting the proceeding.
Having regard to the said fact, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the Appellate Court to decide the recall application No. 10/2014, expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments.
