Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The writ petition vide order dated 23 September 2013, was disposed of directing the petitioner to submit the map for sanction in accordance with the by-laws of the Development Authority. Further, direction was issued to the respondent- Development Authority that the existing constructions should not be demolished except in due course of law.
On specific query, learned counsel for the applicant submits that till date, the map has not been submitted by the applicant to the Development Authority, for sanction.
Learned counsel for the applicant failed to point out any wilful and deliberate disobedience of writ court order.
In view thereof, the contempt petition is consigned to record. Notice(s), if any, stands discharged.
