Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the order dated 19.2.2020, an appeal being Appeal No.489 of 2021 had been filed by one Sri Kailash Nath and others and one Revision had also been filed being Revision No.532 of 2020 (Kailash Nath & Ors. vs. Basant Lal & Ors.). Learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, submits that because of the pendency of the appeal and the revision, the actual objection was not being decided.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is directed that the appeal being Appeal No.489 of 2021 (Kailash Nath & Ors. vs. Basant Lal & Ors.) and the Revision No.532 of 2021 (Kailash Nath Tripathi vs. Basant Lal) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order after hearing the parties concerned, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
