JUDGMENT / ORDER

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner-wife seeking transfer of the divorce petition filed in H.M.O.P.No.142 of 2014 on the file of the Principal Sub Judge, Chengulpet.
2. It is stated by the wife that she is the permanent resident of Chengam Town, Tiruvannamalai District, which is 250 Kilometers from Chengulpet.
3. As the O.P is filed on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Chengulpet, it is difficult for her to travel to Chengulpet for each hearing. It is stated that there will not be any difficulty for her husband to travel to Tiruvannamalai.
4. Though notice has been served and the name of the respondent is printed in the cause list, there is no representation for the respondent either in person or through Counsel.
