The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the interim order dated 30.09.2020 passed in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No.7744 of 2020 (Banwari Lal Vs. State of U.P. and others).
Today when the matter is taken up, affidavit of compliance has been filed by Sri K.R. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel and the same is taken on record.
It is admitted between the parties that the order of the writ court has been complied with in its letter and spirit and no further cause of action would remain survived.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed as infrctuous.
