O R D E R The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking writ of certiorari to quash Annexure – E dated 18.12.2010 in No.KMF/MKT/BSD/WC & F/BSM/2010 and Annexure – G dated 21.01.2011 in No.KMF/MKT/BSD/WC & F/BSM/2010-2011 issued by respondent No.1.
2. Sri. K. Chandranath Ariga, learned counsel for respondent No.1 has raised the objection with regard to the maintainability of the present writ petition on the ground of Section 70 of the Karnataka Cooperative Societies Act, 1959.
3. The same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. In view of the above, writ petition is disposed of as not maintainable. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Appellate Authority as contemplated. The petitioner is also permitted to file an application for condonation of delay if any for exclusion of the time spent before this Court.
