The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the recall application dated 21.8.2021 filed for the recalling of the order dated 13.4.1998 was not being decided and, therefore, a prayer for a direction has been made that the recall application be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid application.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the recall application dated 21.8.2021 filed for the recalling of the order dated 13.4.1998 be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment. Needless to say that before passing any order the delay in filing the restoration application must be seen.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
