This second application u/s 482 is directed against the summoning order issued in respect of Complaint Case No. 15 of 2014. Earlier, the applicants had approached this Court vide application u/s 482 No. 45665 of 2014 against the same summoning order and he was granted eight weeks' time to move appropriate application under Section 210 Cr.P.C. The applicants admit to have never moved such application and now facing summons.
In the opinion of the Court, this second application u/s 482, in relation to the same relief, is not maintainable in any order while amounting to modification of an order passed by any co-ordinate Bench.
It is always open for the applicants to get earlier order modified or corrected as may be advised.
This application u/s 482 is accordingly misconceived and consigned to record.
