(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Appeal is already admitted. When the matter was taken up before the earlier bench, no one was present on behalf of the appellant. It appears that office through legal aid has assigned the matter to the advocate on panel. It is expected from the lawyer concerned to remain present. Hence, S.O. to 24th January, 2012.
Office to verify about advocate who has been assigned with the present matter and shall also intimate the concerned advocate through legal aid that he/she remains present on the next date of hearing.
