JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present application is filed by the convict through jail seeking temporary bail for a period of 30 days so as to arrange for amount of fine.
Learned APP Mr.Pujari has invited attention of the Court to the jail remarks; wherein, it is mentioned that in the month of January, 2012, the applicant-convict has enjoyed 3rd furlough and he could as well arrange that period for such fine.
No case is made out for grant of temporary bail. Hence, rejected.
