1. The instant application is forwarded through jail by applicant-convict seeking parole leave for 60 days, as according to his application, he is suffering from diabetes.

2. Having considered the jail remarks sheet, it transpires that in the year 1986, when he was released on parole leave, he remained absconding for 8272 days and thereafter, he was arrested and confined to jail.

3. In above view of the matter, the application deserves to be dismissed and is hereby dismissed.
