On specific query, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the dairy comprising of nine animals is continuing to be operated pursuant to the order of the writ court. However, it is urged that the Nagar Nigam is charging penalty for running the dairy in prohibited/residential area.
The writ court has not restrained from charging the requisite fee/penalty.
In view thereof, the contempt petition is consigned to record with liberty to the applicant to avail the remedy available before the writ court.
