It appears that petitioner's grievance with regard to non payment of honorarium as Rojgar Sewak for certain period is engaging attention of the respondent no. 3.
In the facts and circumstances of this case, it would thus be appropriate to permit the petitioner to represent his grievance before the respondent no. 3, annexing all materials in support of his claim alongwith copy of this order. The respondent no. 3 shall get the facts inquired into and ensure that an appropriate order is passed in respect of petitioner's claim by the competent authority, in accordance with law, within a further period of four months, thereafter.
The concerned Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of computerized copy of this order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall act accordingly without waiting for submission of the certified copy of this order.
