The writ petition has been filed for quashing the F.I.R. dated 27.10.2018, registered as Case Crime No.0282 of 2018, under Sections 363, 366, 379, 506, 120-B, P.S. Kopaganj, district Mau.
Shaheen Khatoon appears in the Court and claims herself to be major. She has filed School Leaving Certificate showing her date of brith as 15.4.1998. She states that she has voluntarily married to Balister Khan alias Mohammad Balister.
In view of the statement of Shaheen Khatoon (petitioner-2), the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioners shall not be arrested in Case Crime No.0282 of 2018, under Sections 363, 366,379, 506, 120-B, P.S. Kopaganj, district Mau, till submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C.
