Hon'ble Rohit Ranjan Agarwal,J.
Heard Sri Ram Sharan Giri, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2.
The contention of the petitioner is that his application for grant of fire arms license was rejected vide order dated 7.8.2016 by respondent no.2. Aggrieved by the said order an appeal was filed under Section 18 of the Arms Act before Commissioner, Chitrakoot Region.
