The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the objection filed on 7.9.2018 under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, which was filed by the petitioner against the arbitration award dated 1.3.2016 was not being decided.
It is, therefore, directed that the application filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, be decided within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
