The present writ petition has been filed against the the order dated 1.6.2019 passed by the Settlement Officer of Consolidation regarding delivery of possession of Chaks allotted to the tenure holders in the consolidation proceedings which according to the petitioner were cancelled by a notification under Section 6 of the U.P Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953.
It is argued that the order dated 1.6.2019 passed by the Settlement Officer of Consolidation, Mathura is without jurisdiction.
The Standing Counsel representing respondent nos. 1 to 3 is directed to seek instructions in the matter.
Put up again as fresh on 15.10.2019.
