1. Called in revise. None appeared to press this writ petition. In the circumstances, we ourselves have perused the record.
2. By means of present writ petition, petitioners have sought following reliefs:
"(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 29.01.1996, 20.04.1996, 23.05.2000 & 1.10.2015 passed by respondent no. 4,3,2 and State Tribunal headed by Mr. R. N. Ram and Mr. Mohd. Babar'member (Annexure No. 2, 3, 4, & 5A) to the petition.).
(ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of the mandamus commanding the respondent no. 4 to consider petitioner no. 1 in service and entitled salary till superannuation and after superannuation entitle pension and post retirement's benefit and after his death I.e. 16.07.2001 petitioner no. 2 is entitled family pension usual bank interest on salary, pensionary benefit from the till date of payment."
3. We ourselves have gone through the pleadings, grounds as also reliefs sought and find that petitioners are not able to make out a case so as to justify interference of this Court by granting reliefs as prayed for.
4. Moreover, it appears that either the cause of action no more survives or the petitioners have lost interest in this matter or it has otherwise become infructuous and, probably for this reason, none is interested to have decided this matter on merits and that is why, counsel for petitioners is absent.
5. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
