1. Heard Sri Mahendra Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing counsel.
2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is working as officiating Principal in Saraswati Inter College, Sippari Bazar, Jhansi since 23.2.2015 and has been repeatedly representing to the respondents to pay salary of a regular Principal to the petitioner. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner while working as officiating Principal is also entitled to the same salary which is being given to a regular Principal. In support of his submissions learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon the case of Savita Gupta Vs. State of U.P., 2016 (vol.2) LBESR page 761 where similar controversy has been settled by this Court. He presses that a suitable direction may be given to respondent No.4 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 6.10.2020 expeditiously.
3. Learned Standing counsel has no objection to the same.
4. Accordingly, without entering into merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 6.10.2020, expeditiously, say within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner.
