Sri Shyam Singh Sengar, learned counsel for the respondents has produced consequent orders which have been passed in respect of the petitioner's claim. Copy of the instructions in that regard have been furnished to the counsel for the petitioner, today in Court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage comes with a prayer to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh by adding necessary prayer and relevant pleadings in that regard.
Prayer made is allowed.
Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty as prayed.
