1. The record shows that all the parties, including respondent No.2-Surat Municipal Corporation, have been served.
2. Mr.Kaushal Pandya, learned counsel generally appearing for Surat Municipal Corporation is, therefore, requested by this Court to appear in the matter and assist the Court.
3. Mr.Pandya, learned counsel seeks time to take instructions as an advocate appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3.
4. Hence, S.O. to 18.07.2012.
5. The Registry is directed to show name of Mr.Kaushal Pandya as advocate appearing for respondent No.2 and 3.
