JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE PARESH UPADHYAY) Rule.
Mr.Pandya, learned APP waives service of notice of Rule.
By way of this application, the applicant - convict has prayed that he be enlarged on temporary bail on the ground of constructions/repairing of his house.
From the jail remarks, it transpires that the furlough leave of the applicant will be due on 28.3.2012.
The learned APP, Mr.Pandya states that the application in this regard is already made by the applicant.
Under these circumstances, the present application is not required to be entertained at this stage. However, it is directed that the furlough leave application of the applicant - convict shall be considered and decided by the competent authority within a period of two weeks, in accordance with law.
Subject to the above observations and directions, the application is rejected. Rule discharged.
