Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the Court concerned to decide Original Suit No. 246 of 2005 within a stipulated period.
From the order-sheet of the case, it appears that on the last few dates, the matter was adjourned.
The order-sheet further reveals that, on various dates, the matter had to be adjourned because the Court was lying vacant.
In view of the above, no specific direction need be issued, at this stage.
However, it is observed that since the matter is an old matter, the court, in absence of any legal impediment, shall endeavour to bring the suit proceedings to its logical conclusion, without entertaining unnecessary adjournment.
