The petitioner has preferred this writ petition amongst others for the following reliefs:
"(I) A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the Respondent No.4 to consider the representation/application dated 06.05.2019 of the petitioner in pursuance of the Land of Arazi No. 470 Area 0.1820 Hectare has been acquired on 18.11.2013."
From the record we find that the competent authority has sent a communication dated 10.05.2019 to the petitioner wherein it is recorded that in response to the earlier notices dated 20.09.2016 and 13.12.2018 whether the petitioner has submitted the requisite documents or not and he was called for to submit the requisite documents at the earliest.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn our attention to a representation dated 25.01.2019 wherein he has stated that all the requisite documents have already been submitted by him.
We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Standing Counsel and Sri Neeraj Dubey, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.3.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has submitted all the requisite documents to the competent authority for payment of the compensation, we dispose of the writ petition by issuing a direction upon the respondent no.4 to pass an appropriate order in respect of the payment of compensation in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
