Mr.V.J.Thakore, learned advocate for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the bail application at this stage requesting that since the recording of evidence is going on in the main Sessions Case, the Sessions Court may be directed to expedite the trial and to dispose of the Sessions Case at the earliest and some time may be fixed for that purpose and further requested that liberty of the applicant to apply afresh for bail may be reserved.
Request, as prayed for, is granted. The instannt application stands disposed of, as withdrawn at this stage and the concerned Sessions Copurt is directed to expedite the trial of the main Sessions Case and to dispose of the said Sessions Case in accordance with law preferably within three months from the date of communication of this order. The liberty of the applicant to move for bail afresh is reserved in case of any difficulty. Direct service is permitted.
