The prayer made in the present writ petition is to issue a direction to the court below to decide temporary injunction application 6-C in Original Suit No. 137 of 2018 (Bajrang Bali Vs. Smt. Neeraj Dwivedi and others). The said suit was instituted on 7.9.2018 when the court below has refused to grant exparte interim injunction order with the observation that the notices are required to be issued to the defendants.
In none of the paragraphs of the present petition, the petitioner has pleaded that he has taken steps for service of summons upon the defendants or the defendants have been served or they have filed their objection.
In view thereof, no direction can be given to the court below. However, it is expected that the court below shall make an endeavour to decide temporary injunction application expeditiously after service of notice upon the defendants.
Subject to the above, the present petition is disposed of.
