Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Petitioner claims that he is entitled to be leased back the abadi area of khasra in dispute which was subject matter of acquisition in view of the Circular dated 24.4.2010 issued by the State Government in this regard.
Considering the facts, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation indicating his grievances which have been raised by him before respondent no.3 alongwith the certified copy of this order.
It is made clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's claim.
In case any such representation is filed before respondent no.3 within a period of three weeks from today, he shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law by speaking and reasoned order as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him.
