JUDGMENT / ORDER

ADMIT.
Civil Application No. 7429 of 2008 Rule returnable on 04.08.2008. Ad-interim relief in terms of paragraph 4 (a) on condition that the applicant ý Insurance Company shall deposit the entire awarded amount with interest and cost with the Tribunal on or before the returnable date. The Registry is directed to transmit the amount deposited by the applicant ý Insurance Company with this Court by way of pre-deposit for filing the appeal, with the Tribunal.
