1. This petition has been filed praying for a direction to the police authorities to give protection to the petitioners as they have married without their parents' approval.
2. It has been submitted by the petitioners that they are both major and they have solemnized their marriage and are living at Village Najarpur, Post Bakaina, Police Station Chandpur, Tehsil Chandpur, District Bijnor. The parents of the petitioners are threatening them with dire consequences. They have already filed representation before the Superintendent of Police, Bijnor.
3. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the S.H.O., Police Station Chandpur, Bijnor, who shall extend all necessary help and protection to the petitioners in terms of the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
