Case has been called out. No one has appeared on behalf of the revisionist to press the revision. Learned A.G.A. is present on behalf of the State.
The revision has been preferred against the order dated 29.03.1991 passed by the District and Sessions Judge, Aligarh in Criminal Revision No.175 of 1987 by which, while allowing the revision, proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C. were dropped.
No interim order was passed in the revision therefore the cause would not survive as, since then, more than two decades have passed, accordingly, threat, if any, to breach of public peace may have disappeared. Hence, no one appeared to press the revision.
Hence, with passage of time, the revision has been rendered infructuous and the same is dismissed as such.
