The petitioner's grievance is that the possession over the land which was given to the petitioner by way of patta had not been given to him.
If that is the case, the learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner has an alternative efficacious remedy of filing an application under Section 129 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that if the petitioner files an application under Section 129 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within two weeks from today, then the same shall be decided within a period of one month thereafter in accordance with law.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
