Prayer made in the present petition is to issue a direction to decide the temporary injunction application pending in Original Suit No.628 of 2018 (Shri Bachan Singh Vs. Sri Chandra Pal Singh) pending since 31.05.2018 within a stipulated period.
In the entire petition it has not been disclosed by the plaintiff/petitioner that he has taken due steps for service of summons upon the defendant in the suit. There is nothing on record which could indicate that the defendants have been served or they have appeared in the suit.
In view thereof, no positive direction can be issued.
However, it is expected that the court below shall make an endeavour to decide the temporary injunction application pending in Original Suit No.628 of 2018 (Shri Bachan Singh Vs. Sri Chandra Pal Singh) pending since 31.05.2018, expeditiously, after satisfying itself about the service of summons upon the defendants Subject to the above, the present petition is disposed of.
