By means of present writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in their peaceful matrimonial life.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners apprised to the Court that in the present matter, the F.I.R. has already been lodged as such no cause of action survives in this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and the same may be dismissed as infructuous with the liberty to approach appropriate Forum.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous with the aforesaid liberty.
