Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
This application has been filed seeking correction in Court's order dated 30.08.2018, to the effect that in the third line of second and sixth paragraph of the order, words "3(1)10" has been wrongly transcribed and it shall be corrected as words "3(1)(12)".
The correction application is allowed.
Order dated 30.08.2018, is corrected in following manner :
In the third line of second and sixth paragraph of the order, words "3(1)10" stand deleted and substituted by words "3(1) (12)".
The order dated 30.08.2018 stands corrected accordingly.
