The applicant has approached this Court against the order of remand passed by the revisional court dated 12.10.2018 in Revision No.599 of 2014, under Section 133, Cr.P.C.
It has been submitted that in compliance of the order of the magistrate under Section 133, Cr.P.C. the passage in dispute was opened and it is being used by the public and on account of the order of remand the same shall be again closed.
This revision is disposed of with the observation that the learned magistrate shall pass fresh order in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from today and in the meantime the passage, which has been opened by the order of the magistrate, shall continue to be opened.
