Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned AGA and perused the impugned F.I.R, as well as material brought on record.
The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R, dated 30.1.2019 registered as Case Crime No. 052 of 2019, under sections 354(A) IPC and 7/8 POCSO Act, 2012 P.S. Pharenda District Maharajganj.
Matter relates to sexual harassment of a minor girl aged 14 years, outraging her modesty. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated cannot be accepted at this stage, cognizable offences are made out, F.I.R, cannot be quashed.
The writ petition is dismissed.
